Senior Executive-MDM

The MDM Executive role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Master Data required for finance processes, primarily supporting the PTP function . The role involves close collaboration with Finance process owners and daily system users to ensure data is created and maintained in line with defined service and quality standards.

This position interacts with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including finance and non-finance teams, senior accountants, and local business finance leads. The incumbent will support the business by identifying and implementing process improvements, assisting in standardization initiatives, and aligning activities with Manpower Groups standard processes and procedures , while also supporting MDM Supervisors on continuous improvement efforts. The role further requires close collaboration with internal and cross-functional Manpower Group teams at various levels.

A strong understanding of Master Data Management processes is essential for this role.
