- Talent Acquisition: Understanding the target audience and their requirements, researching artists and performers , sourcing new talent to enhance the existing entertainment experience .
- Identify and recruit talented individuals aligned with our organization's objectives and values .
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with artists & vendors and ensure talent adherence to contractual obligations
Requirements and Skills :
- 3 – 5 years Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager or similar role in the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a focus on talent success and organizational goals
- Technical knowledge of event/entertainment related peripherals, software and audio-visual equipment will be an added advantage.
- A proven track record of organizing successful events.
- Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and excel
- Able to handle stress and remain calm.
- Problem-solving ability.
