Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Executive Finance.

Primary Responsibilities

Documentation -

Well versed knowledge on Import Expot Documents and procedure.

Bill of Exports, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, and Other related documents.

Liaisoning / Co-ordinating with Customs / ICEGATE.Co-ordinating and Enquiry with EPCES, Chennai for all the council related matters

Export Benefits -

Duty Exemption and Remission Schemes, Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP), MEIS, RoSCTL

Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL)

Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS)

Duty Drawback Scheme (DBK)

Advance Authorization (AA) Scheme Licence

Duty-Free Import Authorisation (DFIA) Schem Licence

Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme Licence,Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme.

DGFT Portal for MEIS application submission, approval and process followup till its utilisation

ICEGATE Portal for RoSCTL Scrip Process, approval and followup till its utilisation

Duty Draw Back Incentive process and followup Online application through DGFT & ICEGATE,Sale / Utilisation of Scrip.

Follow up with the concern Govrnment Agency and calim the Subsidy.

Letter of Undertaking (LUT) submission and renewal.

Registrar Office and Sub_Regitrar Office activities

SEZ, Sea Port, Airport Customs activities

Star Status Certificates renwals and amendmends,CII, Texproil, HEPC,

Applying and renewal of DSC, LEI

Foreign Trade Policies -

Import and Export Guidelines, Procedures and Regulations

Registration and Licensing Requirements

Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) Number amendments and updations

Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC)

Export Promotion Councils (EPCs)

Filing of Returns and Datas such as Import and Export, shipping bills, returns, and other documents, Classified of Commodity under the ITC (HS) Code

(Indian Trade Classification - Harmonised System)

Other Works (MEPZ, DGFT, EPCES, Registrar Office, etc) -

Liaisoning / Coordination with MEPZ such as submitting letters / details

Gazetted Officer / Notary Public

Liaisoning / Co-ordinating with Customs / ICEGATE

Co-ordinating and Enquiry with EPCES, Chennai for all the council related matters
