Senior Executive- Tourism

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented senior tourism executive to join our team in New Delhi. If you are passionate about travel, enjoy crafting seamless itineraries, and love delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you.

As a Senior Executive, you will assist clients in planning memorable journeys by designing customized travel experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations

* Design customized travel itineraries (domestic & international)

* Arrange travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and visas

* Handle reservations and ensure accurate documentation

* Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities

* Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements from booking to completion

* Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any travel-related concerns

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

* Knowledge and expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements

* Proficiency in handling Reservations and itinerary planning

* Strong Customer Service and client relationship skills

* Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management abilities

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in travel booking software and platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, etc. is an advantage)

* Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred

* Bachelors degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or related field desirable
