Senior Executive - Talent & Culture Operations
The Team: The Talent & Culture team, supports the development and growth of talent by effectively chalking out initiatives in conjunction with business leaders and global teams. We aim to implement human resource strategies in India to improve organizational effectiveness

For the role, we need a bright, energetic, and driven individual who, may or may not have prior T&C experience, but has a desire to learn about T&C domain while providing timely project and process support to employees, managers, and other T&C professionals. The goal is to provide a great service experience to employees and managers needing assistance from T&C; and to make other T&C professionals on the team more productive by supporting their projects and day-to-day process tasks. This position is based at our Navi Mumbai office and reports to the Associate Director – T&C Operations.
Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Maintain employee records in Workday, adhering to confidentiality and quality standards.
Case Management & Consulting:
Handle employee case management using ServiceNow, providing swift and effective resolutions.
Serve as a consultant to P&C teams, advising on case improvement strategies and best practices.
Process Automation & Technical Excellence:
Develop innovative ideas to automate HR processes and workflows, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
Utilize advanced technical skills in Power BI, Excel, Macros, and VBA code for data processing and analysis.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
Create dynamic dashboards and generate monthly reports using Power BI and Excel to track key HR metrics and drive decision-making.
Collaborative Excellence:
Act as a liaison between the Center of Excellence and other P&C teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Support P&C teams with tailored solutions and resources to enhance their operations.
Quality Auditing & Improvement:
Conduct regular quality checks on processes and cases.
Advise teams on enhancing efficiency and performance based on audit findings.
Requirements
A minimum of bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
3+ years of professional experience
Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
Ability to work collaboratively or independently
Demonstrate high level of discretion and candor relating to confidential information.
Self-motivated and can-do attitude
Good Communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Excel
