Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Partner with Principal, Academic Coordinators, and Department Heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives , building a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks , ensuring alignment with school culture and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards to track progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline effectiveness.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment systems and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and accuracy .

Education & Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration preferred.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field required.
- 46 years of proven experience in recruitment , preferably within the education sector .
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably within the education sector, will be an advantage.
Notice Period
- Preference will be given to candidates who are immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 1520 days .
