Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Partner with Principal, Academic Coordinators, and Department Heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives , building a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks , ensuring alignment with school culture and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards to track progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline effectiveness.

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
• Familiarity with ATS/recruitment systems and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and accuracy .

Education & Qualifications

• Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration preferred.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field required.
• 46 years of proven experience in recruitment , preferably within the education sector .
• Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably within the education sector, will be an advantage.

Notice Period

• Preference will be given to candidates who are immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 1520 days .
