Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with 23 years of experience in internal hiring, preferably within the accounting industry. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to bulk hiring , stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal requirements across accounting and finance roles
• Handle bulk hiring mandates while maintaining quality and turnaround time
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
• Support workforce planning and hiring drives as per business needs
• Adhere to recruitment SLAs, compliance, and internal hiring policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in internal talent acquisition
• Proven experience in bulk hiring
• Prior exposure to hiring within the accounting / finance industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience hiring roles such as Accountants, Auditors, Tax Professionals, Finance Executives, etc.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
