Job Overview
1. Partner with departmental heads to forecast and fulfill manpower needs, ensuring seamless hiring with 30-60-90-days TAT.
2. Develop structured job outcome documents for all roles, ensuring clarity in expectations, qualifications, and performance metrics.
3. Lead campus hiring initiatives, strengthening relationships with academic institutions to build a steady talent pipeline.
4. Build and maintain a strong candidate network, ensuring a ready talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
5. Maintain and optimize the candidate tracking system, providing weekly dashboards on recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
6. Implement recruitment strategies to ensure vacancy rates remain below 5%, improving time-to-hire and talent acquisition efficiency.
7. Manage the complete recruitment cyclegap analysis, sourcing, screening, interview coordinationleveraging recruitment tools for efficiency.
8. Ensure candidates are onboard within 60 days by streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
9. Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance, coordinating with finance to ensure timely salary disbursement and issue resolution.
10. Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture through structured programs and activities.
11. Manage vendor relationships for recruitment agencies, background verification, and HR service providers to ensure smooth operations.
12. Handle employee grievances professionally, acting as a bridge between employees and management to resolve issues effectively.
