Your Role
As a Senior Executive Revenue at StayVista, you will own the quality, accuracy, and hygiene of property listings across all guest-facing channels including the StayVista website, OTAs etc. Your role is to conduct regular QC checks and audits to ensure listings are complete, consistent, and conversion-ready. You will work closely with internal teams to flag gaps, fix inconsistencies, and maintain high listing standards at scale. This is an execution-heavy role with a direct impact on guest trust, booking conversion, and revenue performance.
About You
- 12 years of hands-on experience in OTA, hospitality listings, content ops, or revenue support roles
- Strong understanding of how OTA, website, and GMB listings work and influence conversion
- High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Strong ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies across listing content at scale
- Ability to work with structured QC checklists, frameworks and SOPs
- Ability to executed at scale with speed and accuracy
- Strong in Excel / Google Sheets for audits, trackers, and MIS
- Ownership-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working with clear SLAs and targets
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

- Prior experience working with OTA listings
- Experience managing or supporting large inventory portfolios
