Brief about the Team 

The team works on healthcare projects to provide patient support programs to patients. The candidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs and projects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity.

• Review patient safety cases CRM/email for ensuring all the available information are forwarded to the Drug Safety Unit (DSU)/ Patient safety [PS].

•            Provide feedback to health coaches on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the cases. Assist with patient enrolment as required.

•            Prepare monthly Management Information System reports summarizing all reported AEs/PQC to the DSU.

•            Ensure receipt of AER numbers from the DSU and follow up with reminders if necessary.

•            Coordinate with the DSU /PS to resolve any outstanding issues related to AE reporting.

•            Assist in preparing for review meetings with the client.

•            Help in the preparation and implementation of guidance documents and updates.

•            Train team members on AE reporting and related processes as needed.

•            Maintain a daily Queries Tracker and promptly respond to queries.

•            Discuss complex queries with the program manager or relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B Pharma/M Pharma specialized in Pharmacology.
  Experience: 1-5 years in Pharmacovigilance.
