Senior Executive – Shopify & Data Operations

MIS & Data Operations

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, order performance, and other KPIs.
• Analyze data to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation across systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to streamline data flow and reporting.
• Automate repetitive reports and optimize data tracking processes using Excel (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).

Shopify Store Management

• Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory on Shopify.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations including order tracking, returns, and customer queries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely order fulfillment and stock updates.
• Assist in setting up discount codes, collections, and homepage banners when needed.

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in MIS, data entry, and e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Basic Macros).
• Hands-on experience with Shopify backend operations and D2C business workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills for internal coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a D2C brand or startup environment.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Shopify Analytics, or any BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for Shopify is a bonus but not mandatory.
