Role Overview-

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented RMG Senior Executive to manage resource planning, allocation, and utilization across geographies, service lines, and verticals. This role plays a key part in improving workforce efficiency, cost optimization, and talent readiness to meet dynamic business requirements.

Key Responsibilities-

Resource Planning & Fulfilment

• Monitor demand and supply trends to proactively plan resource fulfilment.
• Provide real-time reporting on fulfilment status, utilization, and cost metrics.

Resource Allocation & Management

• Manage allocations and de-allocations across projects, geographies, and service lines.
• Maintain a pool of deployable resources and ensure optimal utilization.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate resource availability and business requirements effectively.

Talent Development & Skill Management

• Work with L&D and COEs to support up-skilling, re-skilling, and cross-skilling initiatives.
• Support resource replenishment and organizational pyramid management.

Strategic Workforce Planning

• Anticipate future staffing needs and build pipelines of deployable talent.
• Support cost control initiatives and resource rotations.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate reports on resource status, utilization, and cost.
• Use data and analytics to support strategic workforce planning decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning (preferably in IT/Consulting).
• Strong understanding of project resourcing models and cost structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce planning tools; ERP/RMS exposure is a plus.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
• Experience with Planview or similar tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI tools for analysis or automation is a plus.
