About the Role

Were looking for a proactive Procurement Executive with solid vendor management and import-export coordination experience to join our Supply Chain & Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Procurement:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of indigenous and imported raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
• Identify and onboard alternative suppliers to ensure cost optimization and supply stability.
• Manage vendor negotiations, pricing, and performance reviews.

Import & SCM Coordination:

• Coordinate with CHA for import documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX procurement from enquiry to receipt.
• Prepare and review monthly order plans for Legacy products.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Engineering for breakdown, preventive maintenance, and AMC-related purchases.
• Coordinate logistics rates and ensure smooth inward/outward product flow.
• Support Financial & Internal Audits related to the purchase function.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Maintain QMS records and audit documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, track payments, and handle debit note reconciliations.
• Ensure supplier corrective actions for non-conformances.

What You Bring to the Table

4+ years of hands-on experience in Procurement & Stores .

Strong vendor negotiation, engagement, and relationship management skills.

Knowledge of SCM processes and basic import-export procedures .

Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities across departments and suppliers.

Proficiency in documentation, audit readiness, and MIS reporting.
