Job Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Development

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various packaging materials.
• Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers for timely and quality deliveries.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times effectively.

Procurement & Planning

• Forecast and plan material requirements in coordination with production and inventory teams
• Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production and avoid delays

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all packaging materials meet internal quality standards and specifications
• Work with QA team and vendors to resolve any material quality issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations

Cost & Process Optimization

• Generated with costs through negotiation and alternate sourcing
• Explore eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging options in line with the brands sustainability
• vision.

Documentation & Reports

• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, supplier contracts, and pricing
• Generate regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and procurement efficiency

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management
• Knowledge of packaging materials and production processes
• Attention to detail, with strong planning and coordination abilities
• Proficient with computers and ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
