Responsibilities:

• Able to bring market and product knowledge of industrial commodities and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.

• Proficiency in SAP required as well as analytical tools (PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Experience with strategic sourcing in the manufacturing industry

• Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, cost reduction, and contract negotiations via suppliers, vendors, and/or distributors

• Exposure to managing diverse supplier portfolios and international vendor relationships

• Project management experience with attention to deadlines and detail

• Commodity strategy to align with corporate quality, delivery, and cost initiatives.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to execute category strategies

• Lead sourcing projects and drive execution to meet cost reduction and value creation targets.

Experience:

• 4-7 years in Manufacturing (automotive, electrical, industrial machinery, HVAC, etc.)

Skills:

• Ability to follow defined procurement processes and independently resolve challenges.

• Effective communication skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and negotiate with suppliers.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness with cost-conscious decision-making.

Qualification:
