Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven L&D professional to join our team as a Senior Executive-Process Trainer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling employee growth through impactful learning experiences.

You will play a key role in delivering engaging soft skills training programs, coordinating end-to-end learning initiatives, managing LMS operations, and supporting onboarding and organizational development efforts. The role requires strong facilitation skills, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

Deliver engaging soft skills training sessions covering communication, teamwork, time management, email etiquette, customer service, and professional conduct.

Facilitate interactive activities including role-plays, case discussions, simulations, and group exercises.

Support large-scale workshops and learning interventions led by senior trainers.

Adapt training style based on audience needs and business requirements.

2. Training Planning & Coordination

Develop and execute monthly/quarterly training calendars.

Plan, organize, and coordinate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning programs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless program execution.

Manage session logistics, communication, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.

Ensure timely execution of onboarding, behavioral, and functional training initiatives.

3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

Upload, manage, and update training modules on the LMS.

Monitor learner progress and generate completion and compliance reports.

Analyze learning data to identify gaps and improve participation rates.

Resolve LMS-related user queries in coordination with IT or vendors.

4. Onboarding & Induction

Conduct or co-facilitate new hire induction sessions.

Ensure completion of mandatory training programs for new joiners.

Prepare onboarding schedules, training materials, and feedback mechanisms.

Maintain accurate induction records and documentation.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, and evaluation scores.

Generate monthly MIS reports and dashboards covering key L&D metrics.

Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Use feedback insights to recommend improvements in learning programs.

6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Partner with department heads to understand training needs.

Coordinate with trainers and vendors for customized learning interventions.

Manage vendor communications, quotations, and payment documentation.

7. Continuous Improvement

Gather and analyze participant feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

Stay updated on emerging L&D trends, digital learning tools, and facilitation techniques.

Contribute to the design and enhancement of training content and learning experiences.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.

Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of LMS platforms and virtual learning tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in training delivery (internships/projects included).

Basic instructional design or content development skills.

Certification in Learning & Development / Training / Instructional Design (added advantage).

High energy, creativity, and passion for people development.

Educational Qualification

Masters degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration is preferred, or related field.

Relevant L&D certifications will be an advantage.
