Senior Executive – Pre-Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Pre Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, engage prospects, and support the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups. The role requires strong multilingual communication skills and hands-on experience in pre sales operations, preferably from real estate or financial services backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries via Tele/Zoho CRM systems
• Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and walkthroughs to qualify leads
• Conduct product briefings, site walkthroughs, and client interactions
• Understand customer requirements and align suitable solutions
• Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM
• Ensure high standards of brand representation and customer experience
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations as required
• Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion and walk-in generation

Requirements:

• Languages: Mandatory fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant Pre-Sales experience
• Industry Preference: Real Estate ,Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Credit Cards, BFSI )
• Work Mode: Full-time Onsite
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
• Customer-first approach with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and tele calling systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications , or related field
• Residential proximity to Bavdhan, Pirangut, Bhugaon, Bhukum, Kothrud , or nearby areas for easy commute
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred

compensation:

• Salary : 30,000 35,000 per month
