Job Description

  • a. To drive the Broker Channel in the location for Health business

    b. To monitor and drive Broker Channel business of location through:

    · Training – Train the Brokers

    · Plan the target for Broker, and achieve the same

    · Business Projections

    · Identifying the Brokers

    · Identifying the right products for brokers

    · Frequent Clients / Partners Visits etc., (Daily minimum 2 visits required)

    c. To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices

    d. Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix

    e. Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and

    implement plans

    f. Driving Partnership Business as per target
