Senior Executive – Online Learning Developer

Position Summary

LINC Education is seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Online Learning

Developer with 4+ years of proven experience to lead the hands-on development,

technical implementation, and quality assurance of innovative online learning

solutions. This pivotal role is focused on building and coding engaging e-learning

modules, developing intuitive, accessible user interfaces aligned with current technical

standards, and ensuring seamless, reliable integration across multiple Learning

Management Systems (LMS).

The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical expert, capable of managing

the development lifecycle of multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality

standards. Reporting directly to the Head of Learning Design, you will play a key role in

the technical development and deployment of learning content to create impactful digital

experiences.

Role Overview

The Senior Online Learning Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design,

development, customisation, and integration of high-quality digital learning content. This

role requires close collaboration with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts

(SMEs) to transform pedagogically sound learning content into an engaging, interactive

e-learning experience.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise with e-learning authoring tools

(particularly Articulate 360) and can develop scalable, user-centric, and secure digital

learning solutions. A solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such

as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or TalentLMS is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Core Development & Execution

1. Develop comprehensive online learning courses using Articulate Storyline and

deploy across various LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.)

2. Design and develop innovative, engaging e-learning content, including graphics,

video, animations, and interactive elements

3. Transform static content into dynamic, interactive learning experiences,

incorporating scenarios, quizzes, simulations, and gamification elements

Standards & Quality Assurance

4. Create, maintain, and enforce eLearning templates and design standards to

ensure consistency and quality

5. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues related to navigation, interactivity,

multimedia integration, and LMS compatibility

6. Implement robust version control and asset management systems for all course

materials and digital resources

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management

7. Update and enhance existing content based on stakeholder feedback, learning

analytics, and evolving requirements

8. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation and quality

improvements, providing actionable recommendations on usage patterns,

technical defects, and feature enhancements

Candidate Profile

1. Education: Minimum full-time Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BSc, BA, BCom, or

equivalent) from a recognised University

2. Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as an eLearning Developer

3. Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Expert proficiency in: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of: SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), and AICC standards for e-learning content interoperability
• Demonstrated experience with: Audio and video editing tools for multimedia content creation
• Solid understanding of: Learning Management Systems, including Moodle (preferred), Canvas, and Blackboard
• Advantageous: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom interactivity

Position Details:

Compensation: INR upto 10 lacs per annum, depending on your experience and
