Hiring for Senior Executive RTR (Record to Report)

Location: Noida, Sector -62

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Executive Record to Report (RTR) with strong experience in month-end close, reporting, and treasury operations within an MNC Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage month-end close and reporting activities in line with the defined close calendar, ensuring high accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and post month-end journal entries.
• Handle treasury-related activities including regional cash management and treasury operations.
• Perform and oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve reporting and reconciliation issues.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Required):

• Qualification: M.com or CA Inter only
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in RTR Process
• Domain Experience: Must have exposure to Treasury / Cash Management

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of RTR processes and month-end close activities
• Hands-on experience with balance sheet reconciliations
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Qualification: M.Com or CA Inter
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in MNC Shared Services (RTR function)
