Role Overview

The Senior MIS Executive will manage business reporting, develop Power BI dashboards, and provide analytical insights across retail, e-commerce, and operations. This role is key to ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, automate, and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports across business functions.

Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, and performance tracking.

Monitor and analyze inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment trends .

Ensure accurate and timely reporting through Genesis software and related business systems.

Consolidate and validate data from ERP, POS, e-commerce, and finance systems.

Identify trends, variances, and provide actionable business insights to management.

Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics and ensure consistent data flow.

What You Bring

24 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Reporting roles.

Proficiency in Power BI is mandatory.

Strong skills in Advanced Excel, SQL , and data visualization.

Experience in retail or consumer business data preferred.

Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
