- To maintain area as per cGMP requirements.
- To maintain the consumables required for batch activity
- To Supervise manufacturing activity
- To coordinate with cross functional team during batch and other activities
- To issue Raw material, PPM, SPM, etc. required for batch processing.
- To execute Buffer Preparation, Formulation of Bulk, Filtration, Filling activity.
- Execution of operations of Autoclave, Filling and Closing Machine, sealing machine, filter integrity machine, glove leak tester, washer and extractor
- To execute, supervise and Plan visual inspection activities of filled and sealed units.
- To execute PV of equipments and timely completion of PV reports.
- To perform SAP related activity in SAP system and QAMS activity
Work Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in handling of Manufacturing and Visual inspection activities.
Education
Graduation in Pharmacy
Masters in Pharmacy
