Senior Executive- LFA/Rapid Diagnostic Test Manufacturing

The Senior Executive for LFA/Rapid Diagnostic Test Manufacturing will oversee and manage the production processes for lateral flow assay and rapid diagnostic products. Key responsibilities include monitoring production lines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing production efficiency, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining documentation for regulatory purposes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panipat, where you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and process improvements.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Lateral Flow Assay design and manufacturing processes
• Expertise in quality control, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing regulations
• Proficiency in production optimization, workflow management, and operational efficiency improvement techniques
• Background in laboratory techniques, technical documentation, and materials management
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with ISO and GMP standards is highly desirable
• Previous experience in the diagnostics or medical device manufacturing industry is a plus
