Brief about the Team
In Tata 1mg, the Hospital team is likely responsible for identifying and executing strategic projects and initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities
Generating promising leads for the sales team to pursue
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
Developing in-depth knowledge of Hospital services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
Accurately recording details of customers' feedback during pre-sales conversation into prescribed formats
Ensuring timely follow-ups on all the potential leads
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and meetings
Assist the sales team with the departmental administrative tasks
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on market insights
Qualifications and skills
Required Exp: 2-3 Years
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a Presales Executive.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to follow scripts.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
