Brief about the Team

In Tata 1mg, the Project Management team is likely responsible for identifying and executing strategic projects and initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Quotation Support:-

Assist in preparing customized quotations based on client requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams like - sales, KAM, DSC, Clinical team etc to gather necessary inputs for accurate pricing.

Maintain and update pricing templates, proposal and quotation trackers.

Follow up with the sales/KAM team for clarifications and revision in client requirement whenever required.

Client Onboarding Support :-

Support the onboarding process for new corporate clients, including documentation and data collection.

Ensure client information is accurately entered into on-boarding form & Sku's creation within TAT.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to set up client requirements, services and communication channels.

Maintain records of all client, quotation and onboarding progress.

Generate weekly/monthly reports on quotation and onboarding status.

Additional Skills

Strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Google sheets).

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to learn and take new initiative.
