Job Description
Operations Management :
1. Ensure a smooth induction process for new hires
2. Documentation of all employees of the organization
3. Maintain all employee realted data for quick access and information
4. Implement company policies and ensure organization discipline is maintained
5. Ensure a smooth employee offboarding experince
6. Conduct exit interviews and try to capture real reasons for exit
7. Work with all functional team (internally within the HR team) as well as externally (across the Zoo) to ensure EX is maximized and top class at all times
Employee Connect & Communication
1. Effectove communication with employees to ensure they always feel heard.
2. Communicate effectively to remind them of all benefits that the org has invested in for them.
3. Develop employee relations and get to understand the pulse on the floor
4. Be the primary POC for employees and solve their queries - big or small or direct them to the connect source and ensure there is a timely resolution
Onboarding Programs for Campus Recruits
1. Build onboardng programs for all talent that is hired from campuses along with the campus recruitment team
2. Set up and conduct 7/14/21/28 day feedback mechanisms to ensure a smooth intergration of recruits into the ecosystem
Grievance Management
1. Be immediate POC for employees to communicate their concerns
2. Ensure effcetive resolution of employee grievances. Take necessary action to involve senior mangaement at the appropriate time to solve employee issues
3. Maintain records such as the nature of the grievance, parties involved, action taken with reasons for the decision taken, and a written statement of the decisions
Employee Engagement
1. Create a comprehensive & sustainable employee engagement strategy
2. Work with senior leaders to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals
3. Conduct periodic engagement programs. Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement.
Recruitment:
Responsible for the process of end-to-end recruitment - Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media
platforms - Selection of candidates, creating a talent pool and creating a constant inflow of talent for
junior to mid-levels profiles - sourcing & screening applications as per the requirement and
shortlist profiles.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates with the respective
stakeholders
Negotiating and sharing offer letters
Documentation and conducting reference checks
Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees
Ensure that the candidate's hiring experience is positive
Ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees and timely introduction to the teams
All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
