• Lead and supervise ateam of 23 HR professionals, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR operations.
• Manage thecomplete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Build and maintain strongemployee engagement and workplace relationships, resolving concerns in a professional manner.
• Develop and manageperformance review systems, employee evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Organize and monitorlearning and development initiativesto strengthen employee capabilities.
• Ensure HR practices remaincompliant with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Maintain accurateHR records, reports, and documentationwhile improving HR processes when required.
• Putsystemsinplaceonlywhentheyhelppeopledobetterwork.
• Guidedecisionsusingconsistentpracticesacrossdepartments.
• Makesureeachsteptiesbacktowhattheorganizationaimstoachieve.

Candidate Profile

• At least7 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to independently handlemultiple HR functions and team leadership.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
