About the role:

As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in building a positive, structured and high-performance workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from hiring the right talent to smooth onboarding
• Maintain employee records & HR systems accurately
• Conduct employee induction, training & development programs
• Handle employee concerns, grievances & workplace issues with confidentiality
• Implement and manage HR policies & processes
• Drive employee engagement & motivation initiatives
• Support managers in performance reviews & employee growth
• Ensure fair compensation & benefits practices
• Monitor attendance & leave management
• Manage exit formalities & full and final settlements
• Prepare HR reports & insights for leadership
• Act as a people partner to leadership on HR & organizational matters

Requirements:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end HR management
• Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll systems & HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
• A highly organized, process-driven and trustworthy individual
