Senior Executive Human Resources

Were looking for an HR professional (35 years of experience) in Delhi/ Mumbai, with experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Role Description

This is a contractual Senior Executive Human Resources role with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for some flexibility to work remotely. The successful candidate will manage daily HR operations, implement HR policies, and focus on fostering strong employee relations. Responsibilities also include overseeing compliance with HR guidelines, supporting recruitment processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations, with an ability to address employee concerns and ensure policy compliance
• A solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles and their application in fostering an inclusive and productive workplace
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with HR systems and data management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in startups or communication, media, design, or consultancy setups would be a plus.
