Role Summary:
The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and policy implementation to ensure smooth workforce management and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll-out, onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Maintain recruitment database and MIS reports.
- Handle campus drives and external hiring agencies.
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities.
- Manage exit interviews, full & final settlement coordination.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift planning.
- Handle salary revisions, incentives, and deductions.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Factory Act (if applicable).
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants and government authorities when required.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal system.
- Monitor KPI tracking and increment processes.
- Support training & development initiatives.
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee grievances and maintain discipline.
- Promote positive workplace culture and retention strategies.
7. HR Policy Implementation
- Implement and update HR policies as per company standards.
- Ensure adherence to company rules and code of conduct.
- Support management in HR strategy execution.
8. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports (attrition, headcount, recruitment status, leave summary).
- Maintain HR dashboard for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- 47 years of relevant HR experience (Manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software.
