Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our US workforce, with a strong focus on US payroll processing, onboarding/offboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The role will closely work with US stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

US Payroll & HR Operations

  • Coordinate and manage US payroll processing with payroll vendors/finance teams.
  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs including timesheets, leaves, reimbursements, deductions, and compliance checks.
  • Handle US employee onboarding & offboarding (documentation, system access, background checks, benefits enrollment, final settlements).

Employee Lifecycle & HR Support

  • Act as a primary HR point of contact for US employees on policies, payroll queries, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in HRIS systems.
  • Support performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.

Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws, internal HR policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and external HR audits, documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with legal/immigration partners (as applicable) for work authorization or compliance support.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with US HR, Finance, and Business Managers to ensure smooth workforce operations.
  • Provide senior-level guidance and support to junior HR team members on daily HR operations.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on HR experience, with at least 2+ years in US Payroll & HR Operations.
  • Strong understanding of US payroll concepts (pay cycles, taxes, deductions, compliance basics).
  • Experience in US onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance practices.
  • Experience working with HRIS/Payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Workday, UKG, Zoho People, etc. preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (comfortable working in US Shift).
  • Prior experience in IT services / consulting organizations is a strong plus.
