About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage

recruitment execution along with assisting in HR operations.

This role requires someone disciplined, detail-oriented and proactive not just

someone who forwards emails, but someone who follows through until tasks are

closed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)

End-to-end CV screening from job portals and LinkedIn

Shortlisting candidates based on role fit and salary alignment

Conducting structured telephonic screening (810 min calls)

Maintaining recruitment trackers accurately

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

Following up post-interview and updating status

Supporting offer rollout and documentation

2. HR Operations

Assisting in ensuring backend HRIS accuracy

Assisting with onboarding documentation and employee formalities

Supporting exit documentation and clearance processes

Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee data

Required Competencies

We are specifically looking for:

Strong CV screening ability (understanding role fit quickly)

Good telephonic communication skills

Clear written communication

Strong follow-through tasks must not remain pending without reason

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

High attention to detail

Proactive escalation not waiting to be reminded

Disciplined task tracking

Mature handling of confidential information

Ownership mindset (not excuse-driven)

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Preferred Profile

35 years experience in recruitment + HR operations

Experience handling 510 open roles simultaneously

Comfortable working with HRMS / Zoho or similar systems

Based in Mumbai (no remote role)

Stable job history preferred
