Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related discipline


Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive ESI & PF Compliance will be responsible for managing end-to-end statutory compliances, payroll coordination, and ensuring timely creation of challans and filings as per EPF & ESI regulations. The role requires strong hands-on experience with government portals, compliance accuracy, and excellent documentation skills.


Key Responsibilities


Statutory Compliance & Challan Management

  • Create and process ESI & PF challans accurately and within statutory timelines
  • Ensure timely payment and reconciliation of statutory dues
  • Maintain records of challans, returns, and acknowledgements


EPF & ESI Management

  • Strong working knowledge of EPF & ESI Acts, rules, and latest amendments
  • Handle registrations, enrollments, exits, and updates on EPFO & ESIC portals
  • Manage UAN generation, KYC verification, and employee data updates
  • Handle ESI IP registration, dispensary changes, and claims support


Payroll Coordination

  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate statutory deductions
  • Validate PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory calculations
  • Support payroll processing and statutory reporting


Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR policies
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews


Employee Support

  • Address employee queries related to PF, ESI, and payroll deductions
  • Support employees with EPFO & ESIC online processes


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of EPF & ESI Acts and amendments
  • Hands-on experience with EPFO & ESIC portals
  • Good understanding of payroll processes
  • Excellent coordination and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail and compliance orientation
