Job Description
Functional Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge on all labour law compliances including Code on wages, CLRA & Apprentices Act
- Hands on experience in liasing with Govt. Officers/ Labour office related to Factories Act and S & E Act.
- Capable of handling compliance audit and MIS reports
- Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred
Technical Knowledge/ Others:
- Hands on experience in MS Office; Good knowledge on Canva/ Power BI will be an added advantage
- Must be flexible in approach and able to work in a true team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English & Tamil and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely submission of PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare, Bonus and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with Govt. authorities and obtain licenses/ renewals within the timelines
- Filing of returns and preparation of Annual reports related to Factories Act and S & E Act
- Ensure maintenance of Statutory registers related to Factories Act and S & E Act
- Manage employee attendance & leave records; Assisting payroll and payroll related queries
- Oversee employee records management, including maintaining up-to- date personnel files and ensuring data privacy.
Qualification - M.B.A/ M.S.W
Years of Experience - 4 7 years of experience
