Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Graduate/Post Graduate in the HR stream with 45 years of hands-on experience across core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR operations while effectively handling clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR generalist functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, and offboarding
• Handle payroll processing, salary structure, and employee compensation-related activities
• Ensure compliance with (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for payroll and compliance activities
• Manage client handling related to HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting
• Prepare HR MIS reports using Excel and other MS Office tools
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
• Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources or related field
• 35 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Payroll and HR Operations
• Good exposure to MS Excel
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
