Brief About the Team

The Healthcare Services and Corporate Delivery team ensures seamless execution of healthcare services for our corporate clients. As a Senior Executive - Operations, you will play a critical role in coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.

What Will You Do

Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities for corporate health and wellness programs

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., pharmacy, diagnostics, logistics) to ensure smooth service execution

Track, manage, and report key operational metrics including SLAs and customer satisfaction

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues proactively

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and external regulations

Assist in planning and executing health camps, wellness drives, and on-site activities for corporate clients

Identify areas of improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in healthcare or wellness services

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a dynamic environment

Willingness to travel locally or between sites, as required
