Foxtaleis a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, performance-driven products.The Senior Executive HRBP (Offline Sales) will act as the primary HR point of contact for the Offline Sales team. This role will support the employee lifecycle end-to-endranging from hiring and onboarding to engagement, grievance handling, and exitswhile working closely with sales leadership and central HR teams to ensure smooth people operations and strong employee experience on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Offline Sales roles in coordination with hiring managers and TA teams
- Drive offer rollouts, documentation, and joining coordination
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners, including HR systems orientation
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances
- Support performance management processes, confirmations, and role transitions
- Handle employee movements, transfers, and internal coordination
Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to the Offline Sales workforce
- Support leadership in implementing engagement, retention, and morale-building activities
- Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values and HR policies
HR Operations & Compliance
- Guide employees on HR policies, attendance, leaves, expenses, and HR systems
- Ensureaccurateemployee records and documentation
- Support adherence to statutory and internal HR compliance requirements
Exits & Offboarding
- Manage resignation processes, notice period tracking, and exit coordination
- Conduct exit interviews and share insights with HR leadership
- Ensure smooth handovers and closure of all HR formalities
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Offline Sales leadership as a trusted HR advisor
- Act as a bridge between employees and central HR teams to ensure clarity, alignment, andtimelyresolution
Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role, preferably supporting sales or field teams
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High ownership, execution-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity and confidentiality
- Experience in fast-paced, growing organizations is a plus
