Job Description

As a key member of the Global HRS L&D team, the Training Administrator's primary mission is to ensure top-tier execution of training administration. This includes handling administrative tasks, evaluating effectiveness, maintaining databases managed by the offshore team for LMS, Munich.


He/She must also be able to step in for team members on any issue to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.


Manage and coordinate project requirements for the LMS Admin team. Continually seek ways to achieve and improve on service standards, contribute towards business outcomes and enhance both internal and external customer service by effective communication.


Responsibilities


  • Familiarity with training software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training tools.
  • Perform various administrative duties related to learning programs, such as preparing reports and documentation.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing timelines, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Stay informed about best practices in training and development, as well as new learning technologies and methodologies.



Requirements


  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant work experience in area of responsibility
  • 6 + years of experience in SuccessFactors, L&D/similar domain
  • Knowledge of using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning systems, or databases
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong team player, proven team leadership potential
  • Strong, professional communication skills
  • Ability to build, maintain relations with customers
  • Strong planning and organizing, ability to see big picture
  • Ability to take responsibility, be dynamic and proactive with can-do-attitude and think and question critically
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required
