Designation: Senior Executive - Growth Strategist
Office Location: Gurgaon
Position Description: We’re looking for a smart, curious, and numbers-loving individual who’s equally comfortable talking to clients and exploring data.
As a Growth Analyst, you’ll sit just above our Customer Success team—helping connect the dots between what our clients need, what the data is telling us, and how we can unlock more value for them. You’ll be the kind of person who’s always asking, “Why is this number dropping?” or “What if we tried this instead?”
This is a role for someone who doesn’t just want a job, but wants to learn fast, solve real problems, and grow alongside a high-performing team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with our CSMs to manage key accounts and be a voice of insight for our clients
- Review campaign and product performance regularly—spot trends, catch red flags, and surface opportunities for growth
- Turn raw data into simple, useful stories using reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Collaborate with teams across functions—tech, ops, product—to drive solutions and implement growth ideas
- Build trusted relationships with clients and support them in getting the most out of our solutions
- Help us think strategically about how we scale client success and impact across accounts
Required Skills:
- An MBA or postgrad with 1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, client success, or account management
- Someone who loves working with data but doesn’t hide behind it—you're just as confident talking to a client as you are working on a spreadsheet
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you’ve dabbled with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Naturally curious, quick to learn, and happy to ask the “dumb” questions (they’re often the smartest)
- A team player with a strong sense of ownership—you follow through, and you get things done
Nice to Have (But Not Dealbreakers)
- Exposure to digital marketing, SaaS, adtech/martech
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
- A love for simplifying complexity—whether it's through process, tools, or just clear thinking
