About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled and accountable Senior Finance Operations Associate to lead billing operations and support financial processes including payment processing, reconciliation, delinquency management, disbursements, and reinsurance. This role includes mentoring junior staff, driving operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and KPI tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing operations, including invoice generation, payment application, and reconciliation.
• Oversee delinquency tracking and resolution processes.
• Support disbursement activities and ensure timely vendor and internal payments.
• Handle reinsurance accounting and reporting activities.
• Guide and support junior team members in daily operations.
• Track and report on financial KPIs and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Desired Skills:

• In-depth understanding of finance operations, billing workflows, and reinsurance processes.
• Experience in team support, reporting, and KPI management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems (ERP, billing platforms).

Education / Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in finance billing operations or reinsurance.
• Experience in managing reports, metrics, and team coordination.
• Flexibility to work in night or afternoon shifts as required.
