Roles and Responsibilities

. 1. Travel & Logistics Management

• End-to-End Booking: Execute and oversee employee travel requests, including hotel accommodations, and ground transportation (cabs).
• Query Resolution: Act as the central point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, providing real-time solutions via phone and email.
• User Enablement: Provide "case-to-case" training and technical support to employees on navigating internal travel portals.

2. Financial & Vendor Oversight

• Audit & Compliance: Meticulously verify travel invoices against bookings to ensure accuracy before submission for payment.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain professional and effective communication with service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Policy Stewardship: Ensure all bookings align with company travel guidelines, escalating deviations when necessary.

3. Operational Excellence

• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and reports of travel spends and booking patterns.
• Shift Flexibility: Participate in a rotational shift roster to provide continuous support to the workforce.

Experience - Minimum 3 Years experience in Travel Industry preferably from OTA , Travel Agencies

Education - Graduate in any stream (Hospitality or Travel/Tourism specialization preferred
