Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Executive D2C & Marketplace Operations to manage end-to-end operations across the D2C website and marketplace channels. The role will be responsible for order fulfilment coordination, inventory management, marketplace performance monitoring, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, 3PL partners, and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Q-Comm, etc.
• Monitor order processing, cancellations, returns, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with marketplaces for issue resolution (claims, penalties, reconciliation).

2. D2C Order Fulfillment

• Manage order flow from D2C website through OMS/WMS platforms like Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse / 3PL teams to ensure timely dispatch and order accuracy.
• Monitor shipping performance and courier SLAs.

3. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels.
• Ensure FIFO practices, batch tracking, and expiry management (especially for beauty/skincare products).
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.

4. Returns & Reconciliation

• Monitor RTOs, returns processing, and QC checks.
• Conduct periodic reconciliation of marketplace payments and order settlements.
• Track and resolve discrepancies with finance and marketplace partners.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

A. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on:

• Order volumes
• Dispatch TAT
• Fill rate
• Cancellation rate
• RTO %

B. Analyse operational data to identify process improvements.

6. Vendor & Courier Coordination

• Work closely with logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other courier

partners.

• Monitor shipping performance, zone allocations, and cost optimisation.

7. Process Improvement

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation or SOP improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and marketplace guidelines.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace workflows
• Experience with OMS/WMS platforms
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets data analysis skills
• Knowledge of inventory control, order management, and reconciliation
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (warehouse, finance, marketplaces)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
