Job Description
Liaising with the DWH and other teams for primary and secondary data sources, compile, validate the
data and accuracy
ü Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports; timeliness and accuracy of reports to be
maintained at all times
ü Preparing presentations, graphs and analytic reports
ü Ad-hoc analysis: prepare adhoc analysis on email and grievance data upon request
ü Provide recommendations to update the current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
ü Identifying, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets that will facilitate
decision making, suggest methods that will help improve productivity, reduce cost, time saving,
improve efficiency
ü Creating / Maintaining Employee Performance Dashboard
ü Provide RCA support using performance improvement tools and methodology
ü Effectively Communicate and provide RCA report/ presentation to leaders as per defined frequency
