🏢 Role Overview

The Surveyor will support the Retail Leasing team by collecting, managing, and analysing market data across conventional and non-conventional real estate segments. The role demands strong execution capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Data Management

• Conduct market surveys and collect data related to commercial real estate, especially retail segments
• Maintain and periodically update databases of properties, developers, landlords and transactions
• Track retail developments including tenant mix, floor-wise stacking, rental trends, capital values, CAM charges.
• Monitor and document real estate transactions and deal details across Delhi NCR
• Prepare mapping, drawings for active reports

Reporting & Presentation

• Create proposals and presentations using PowerPoint
• Assist in preparing market snippets and basic analysis using Excel
• Ensure timely and accurate data input and mapping

Stakeholder Engagement

• Respond to internal team queries with reliable and timely data
• Collaborate across verticals to support business objectives

🛠️ Required Skills

Operational Skills

• Proficiency in market surveys and database management
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prepare visual and analytical reports
