Work youll do


Dealing with Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA (compliance and advisory) for looking after our firms internal compliance and advisory related work etc.
Maintaining and updating databases on regular basis
Preparing, drafting, various POA/LOA and other documents required by various engagement teams/admin team.
Coordinating with various directors/partners for collecting documents, forms, signing and submission of forms
Participating in new internal projects and implementations
Legal research and updates and regular dissemination to the team
