Role Description

Responsible for coordinating sales operations, maintaining stock records of all branches, and ensuring customer ledger reconciliation and customer KYC. Handles MIS reporting, outstanding analysis, and supports audits and compliance requirements. Preparing and maintaining price list for various locations, discounts, and dealer performance tracking to support sales effectiveness. Coordinates marketing activities, lead management, and digital marketing execution. Acts as a key link between sales, finance, factory, and marketing teams

Qualifications

Graduates in any discipline

Engineering Graduates preferable Tally knowledge.CRM Software / Zoho is more desirable

Good knowledge on excel required (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table)

Experience in handling Indiamart portal

• Sales coordination and commercial operations management
• Accounting knowledge (Tally, ledger reconciliation, MIS reporting)
• Data analysis and reporting (sales, stock, outstanding, targets)
• Excel knowledge Pivot, Vlookup , Hlookup also knowing basics of power BI
• Need basic knowledge in handling AI
