Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing position based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding their needs. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and communicating project updates. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and handling financial aspects relevant to client accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively address and fulfill client needs
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain long-lasting relationships and ensure client expectations are met
• Understanding of Finance to oversee budget management and billing for client projects
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver creative and effective solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in client servicing roles within a creative or marketing agency is an advantage
