Job Description AE


We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive (AE) to lead end-to-end sales cycles and drive revenue growth for our Online Reputation Management (ORM) solutions. As an AE, you will own the commercial relationship from understanding client challenges to crafting tailored ORM proposals and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with prospects, marketing teams, and internal delivery teams to position our ORM offerings as business-critical solutions for brands.


End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Own the full sales cycle prospecting, discovery, solutioning, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Convert qualified leads (from self or inbound) into paying clients.


Client Discovery & Solution Mapping

  • Conduct deep-dive discussions to understand brand reputation challenges, conversation trends, customer service gaps, and digital pain points.
  • Build custom ORM solutions that include real-time monitoring, response management, crisis workflows, insights reporting, and sentiment analytics.
  • Create clear, compelling proposals and SOWs aligned to client needs and budgets.


Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across industries such as BFSI, e-commerce, automotive, FMCG, consumer tech, healthcare, and hospitality.
  • Manage forecasting, deal progress, and sales reporting through the CRM.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for advanced insights, crisis modules, or multi-platform ORM support.

Relationship Building & Client Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in marketing, digital, customer experience, corporate communications, and PR.
  • Represent the agency in pitch meetings, product demos, and negotiation discussions.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and stay connected for account expansion opportunities.


Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Coordinate with the ORM delivery team to ensure proposals reflect operational capabilities and timelines.
  • Share market feedback with product and leadership teams to refine service offerings.


Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on digital reputation trends, emerging review platforms, crisis patterns, and competitor solutions.

Salary Band: CTC 12 Lac 14 Lac per annum (can be negotiated basis the value candidate brings to the table)
