About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager with a strong agency background and a solid understanding of digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing client relationships, understanding brand requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver impactful creative and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency

Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of projects

Understand client objectives and convert them into clear briefs for creative and digital teams

Collaborate with strategy, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction

Monitor campaign performance and share insights with clients

Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative / digital / advertising agency

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign management

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
