Key Roles &Responsibilities |
Operaonal Responsibilies
• Meeng the penetraon percentage targets of HDFC products and retail assets along with achieving the GWP (Gross Wrien Premium) and market share targets decided by the company • Cross-selling health insurance to personal, business and gold loans • Regular interacon and co-ordinaon with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area sales manager, Business Development Representaves (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank • Connecng with the various teams including the operaons and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim related selements • Providing the required training to the Business Development Representaves • Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and reporng the work daily through on-call (huddles) • Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly |
